JOB PURPOSE
• To provide support to sales unit for local business servicing and reporting and other task assigned
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the team with cover note issuance and monitor premium
2. Assist in collecting premiums and send reminders to brokers
3. Submit documentation to the processing unit
4. Update all relevant new and renewal cases in the system
5. Perform any other duties as deemed necessary.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Quick to learn, self-motivated, a collaborative team player, and capable of working effectively under pressure.2. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
