JOB SUMMARY: The Direct Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including lead generation, emails, automated emails, and push notification/SMS. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign development, audience segmentation, and performance tracking, providing valuable insights into digital marketing strategies. The intern will work closely with the Direct Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and contribute to meaningful projects that drive guest engagement and lead generation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supports the team in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across various channels, including lead generation, email campaigns, automated email programs, push notifications, and digital product marketing.
+ Maintains project timelines and identifies opportunities for improvement.
+ Assists with pre- and post- campaign analytics and metrics.
+ Provides support for program testing and troubleshooting.
+ Monitors performance metrics, meticulously documenting them, and discerning opportunities and patterns for improvement to optimize program effectiveness and integration into broader marketing strategies.
+ Collaborates closely with various internal partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless channel integration and alignment with overall marketing goals.
+ Documents processes to enhance operational efficiency and support knowledge sharing.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
+ Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
+ A transcript is required upon application.
+ Preferred majors include: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or similar.
+ Preferred coursework completed: Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar.

+ This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
+ Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025.
+ Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
+ All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
