Submit your application as soon as possible – don’t delay! + Fall 2025 Program Dates: Approximately September 2025 – December 2025 JOB SUMMARY: This role will assist in supporting the operational expense and project cost management teams for the Digital & Technology department within UDX by gaining experience in data management, process workflows, procedure documentation, and cost management. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: + Creates charge codes in SAP for projects. + Updates status documentation for projects. + Routes project funding requests. + Assists in preparation of journal entry support and calculations. + Assists with creating Standard Operating Procedure documents. + Creates templates and standardize data for reporting. + Reconciles labor hours data with vendor invoices. + Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities. + Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above. + Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. + A transcript is required upon application. + Preferred majors include: Accounting, Finance, or similar. + Preferred coursework completed: Accounting, or similar. Please note the following: + This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices. + Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2025. + Universal Orlando does not provide housing.
