This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionAssist R&D engineer in the field of material science.Support to prepare test specimen for the material analysis.Support to perform the material analysis on the test specimen.Support to evaluate and make a report for the material analysis.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Material Science Engineering fieldsKnowledge in Material Science, Material failure analysis, Material investigation (SEM, EDX, Microscope, Sample preparation, etc.) is beneficial.Fluent in Thai and Good in EnglishMinimum 6 months of internship period (starting as soon as possible)

Duration: 6 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. 

Working conditions:
•  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.
•  Monthly allowance and housing allowance
•  Free lunch & transportation
•  Vacation eligibility: 1 day / month
