OverviewAs a Data Services Intern, you will play a key role in supporting data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives that help optimize hotel operations and enhance the guest experience. You will collaborate closely with the Data Services team to manage and analyze data related to booking patterns, customer feedback, operational metrics, and other aspects of the business. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry’s data field, improve your data management skills, and contribute to decision-making processes.
This position is based out of our Corporate Offices, Irving, TX.
o Assist with data collection, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality.
o Work with team members to develop, update, and streamline dashboards and reports.
o Ensure data consistency across various systems (e.g., PMS, CRM, Booking Engines).Data Analysis
o Use data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to create clear and actionable insights for teams across the organization.
o Support predictive analytics projects to forecast demand, enhance inventory management, and optimize pricing strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and revenue management teams to understand data needs and gather requirements.
