OverviewAs an IT Intern you will gain an overview of corporate IT applications at Highgate, learning how they support business operations. You will develop an understanding of the Finance department’s technology landscape, including integrations and access based on roles. The IT Applications department operates in a fast-paced environment, providing exposure to a variety of technologies while offering opportunities to contribute to business solutions and decision-making processes.
This position is onsite and based from our headquarters in Irving, Texas.
Responsibilities Assist the corporate IT applications team with daily support and issue resolution related to finance business systems.Conduct analysis on reporting and integrations using business application tools as part of the summer internship.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand processes, gather requirements, and deliver solutions in alignment with standards and timelines.Extract and analyze data from business applications.Monitor support tickets and assist in resolving assigned issues.Oversee integrations, identify exceptions, and work with stakeholders to address and resolve them.
