Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited institution. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Graphic Design, Design Communication, Industrial Design, UX/UI or a related field from an accredited institution + Possess a growth mind-set with an abundance of creativity and passion. + Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a storyteller for design with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. + Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Have relevant experience in design programs such as Adobe, Figma, SolidWorks, Sketchbook pro, etc. + Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. + Be self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
