Responsible for utilizing resources effectively and efficiently. + Broad exposure to rural healthcare settings including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinic management, and health systems development. + Participate in meetings of the Board and its committees, medical staff committees, administrative staff, and selected System committees. + Responsible for the completion of assigned projects. Performs other duties as assigned. + Participate in discussions regarding quality, safety, personnel, Mission, customer service and finance. **Education and/or Experience** + Education and Training: Current student in last half of academic program, required. + Internship credit obtained during the internship experience, required. **Work Schedule** + Varied Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm, occasional weekend; 80 hours every 2 weeks What Makes Avera Special?
