Overview/Function: The Operations Intern provides a practical, hands-on internship experience supporting the Operations/Production team. Major Responsibilities: + Internship is project-dependent and will vary. + Typical duties include, but is not limited to, assisting with production efficiencies, improving overall volume goals, and performing research tasks. + Regularly collaborate with other departments. + Ensure professional demeanor with internal teams, customers, and visitors in order to favorably represent the company and iconic Coca-Cola brand image. + Ethical conduct is expected at all times. + Other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: + High school diploma/GED. Preference given to students pursuing a related Associates or 4-year degree in field of project work. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Inquisitive and willing to learn. + Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, with good problem-resolution and analytical thinking skills. + Some computer and MS Office experience. + Excellent team-player; Strong ability to effectively interact with multiple departments. + Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations. + Must provide professional contact and appearance with customers which upholds Atlantic Bottlings brand image. + Regular attendance is required and considered an essential job function. Additional: + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend as needed. The ability to climb stairs is also needed. + The typical work days will be Monday-Friday for this internship position. Depending upon the time of year, we will work around school responsibilities.
