Internship Communication
**THE INTERNSHIP** By joining the Corporate Affairs division you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a fully integrated team including Communication and Governmental Affairs. The intern will be involved in the set up and carry out of Boehringer Ingelheim’s communication strategy in Human Pharma and will be introduced to reputation management, stakeholder engagement, multichannel planning, Corporate Social Responsibility and internal communication. Furthermore, you will learn the peculiarities of communication in the pharmaceutical sector and the differences between regulated and consumer markets. **Tasks & what you will be learning:** You will have the chance to co-create initiatives, events a communication plans which you will also contribute to implement. Within your internship you will be asked to join cross-functional teams and international hybrid meetings in order to share and learn from colleagues from other functions and countries. Finally, you will have the chance to learn how to integrate communication and institutional relations, gaining an uncommon and qualifying expertise. **Specifically, you will:** + Build analysis of the media outcome, which are the basis of reputation management + Support in building media plans and communication toolkit as well as in organizing internal/external events + Be part of the strategic creative process where you will be asked to contribute with your ideas + Support product-related communication, specifically with regard to new product launches + Support the implementation of our social media strategy + Support media and stakeholder relations + Co-create formats for internal communication **Requirements:** + University Degree preferably in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related areas (Master in Communication or Social Media Management in a plus) + Languages: Native level of Italian and Fluent English + Good knowledge of Ms Office + Strong passion for Digital and Social Medias + Strong verbal and written communications skills + Any knowledge of press offices/ event organization/ journalism is considered a plus + Out-of-the-box thinking and team playing + Ambition to work in a international environment **What we offer:** + 6-months curricular/extracurricular internship with possibility of extension + Monthly expenses reimbursement of €1.000 + Range of benefits for your physical and mental health (access to gyms, psychologist and more) + Support to develop your own professional and personal path that will guide you through our full range of development programs including platforms to learn foreign languages and attend professional courses + Constant support and interaction with our specialists and managers This job requisition is addressed also for candidates with disabilities and belonging to protect categories following articles 1 and 18, Law 68/99.
