Internship Program

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

Location: This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ.

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.

This position is responsible for assisting in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes. This includes the accounting for transactions within our corporate holding entities, specifically debt, cash, and intercompany loans. This position will also assist in preparing fluctuation analyses related to income statement and balance sheet accounts as well as account reconciliations. Candidate will also assist in preparing daily reconciliations of third party and intercompany sales across systems to support revenue reporting.

Responsibilities:

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes by completing assigned analyses and functions. This includes fluctuation analyses for the PL and Balance Sheet and collaborating with global teams to support the related commentary provided to senior management Prepare and record monthly journal entries related to cash, intercompany loans, and third-party debt Assist with reconciling third party and intercompany sales and cost of sales by preparing daily reconciliations and working with IT to correct any differences as needed Monitor the effectiveness of the monthly close process by all global counterparts through the report card process and Blackline task submissions Prepare monthly account reconciliations Assist with ad hoc departmental projects as directed by team to contribute to efficiencies in the financial reporting process

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting in progress Proficient in Excel Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong organizational and time management skills Team player with proven ability to collaborate productively

Preferred:

CPA candidate
