YOUR ROLE Be a member of the Corporate HR Business Partner team for Adhesive Technologies Support the HR Business Partners in daily work around key topics like hirings, individual personal development, annual performance and potential discussions etc. Contribute to our business and collaborate with colleagues around the globe Take guided ownership for own projects Assist in analyzing HR data using SAP, business warehouse management systems and other data sources YOUR SKILLS Student who passed first semesters of bachelor or master studies in economics, psychology or similar disciplines with good academic results to date Practical experience e.g. by former internships, especially in HR, is beneficial Proven communication skills in English, German would be a plus Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Open-minded personality with the ability to learn fast Availability as of February 2025 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
