The intern will be trained how to handle the regular tasks from Customer Quality Management Team managers and continue this tasks in regular basis. This means that intern will have chance to learn and expose different MS Office applications (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), chance to support regular meetings and other less complex but certain level of challenging tasks. Meanwhile, to support irregular or sudden requests is also in the scope.
Role and responsibilities
1. To support EUV/DUV CQM operation, and can extend to Quality team
2. Maintain CQM dashboard (need to process the raw data) for weekly meeting 3. Maintain CQM sharepoint, include of Governance, and information archive
4. General administration, e.g. booking meeting room, organize team activities
5. Support internal/external audit administration
6. Act as supporter role for the Quality team
7. Irregular assignments
Education and experienceNot specific experiences / education level required. However, the job itself will require to learn lots of new things / skills (incl. Excel and PowerPoint) in short period of time
Skills
1. Fluent English speaking / listening capability
2. Familiarity of MS Office tooling
3. PowerBI (not must)
