Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Customer Success Services (CSS) Delivery Intern you will:
Involvement in the generation of CSS revenue forecast, resource utilisation, customer satisfaction and customer project reports and dashboards for review with our UK and Ireland (UKI) CSS management team. Coordinating with account managers to ensure that they understand and fufill compliance expectations. Join high profile customer mettings and support/collaborate on the delivery of the service to customers. Engage with senior managers and get an insight of regional management initiates. Plan and organise internal workshops and initiatives with our UKI CSS management team and their direct reports who include Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Advanced Support Engineers. Be an active member of the CSS team with the ability to draft documents and take part in a wide variety of activities across both our on-premise and managed cloud portfolios of services. Communicating with the wider CSS Sales and TAM teams in order to independently manage and run various projects. Contribute new and different ideas around the day to day management of our business. Support and assist with the recruitment of new hires and contractors. Liase with outside agencies as required. Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more.Career Level - N/A
