We're seeking an intern to work in our Borgaretto Plant in the EHS Department. **Job Description** “Bring them home safely” is our top priority and as a part of our team you will play a key role in make sure everyone in our Plant works in a safe and healthy environment. Practically, you will support the everyday activities of the EHS Plant team and you will be in charge of a project of visual management improvement at the workstations. This role will give you the possibility to experience the process of sandcasting in a Plant where environment, health and safety are a top priority. **Responsibilities** + Monitor site EHS performances against KPIs; + Participate and support improvement plans; + Support the risk assessment process; + Support the EHS procedure and instruction implementation; + Support the organization of training activities; + Participate in Genba activities to improve safety and health at Site; + Develop a project of visual management at the workstation **Qualifications/Requirements** + Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or similar from an accredited University + English and Italian fluency, written and verbal + EU work permit + MS Office knowledge **Desired Characteristics** + Problem solving attitude + Team working + Ability to work independently to achieve specific goal **Inclusion & Diversity** Avio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
