About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Controlling Intern to support key financial initiatives within our Swiss biotech manufacturing operations (Vevey and Aubonne). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, cost management, and process optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Data & Reporting:Assist in reviewing financial data accuracy and its impact on operations.Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Cost & Resource Allocation:Analyze cost allocation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Support tracking and reporting on operational expenses and resource utilization.Process Improvement & Compliance:Identify areas for process optimization in financial workflows.Assist in training and documentation efforts for financial processes.Inventory & Efficiency Analysis:Support tracking of inventory-related financial impacts, including waste and inefficiencies.Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving cost control and financial visibility.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with finance and operational teams to enhance financial awareness and provide finance trainingsAssist in developing financial dashboards and tools to support decision-making.

Qualifications
