Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will help to prepare and run design thinking or problem-solving workshopsYou will support design and build rapid low-code apps and dashboards together with fellow interns and colleaguesYou will support efforts to test and iterate on prototypesYou will contribute ideas for team and organizational improvementsYou will experience a wide range of work topics and tools within an innovative departmentWe don’t expect you to know everything; we value curiosity and a willingness to try new things and learn

Your qualifications and experience:

All subjects of study are welcome, but an IT and digital understanding and experience is highly valuedYou have worked in different teams and are comfortable with diverse colleaguesYou are familiar with the basics of software programmingHighly helpful if you made first experiences with Design Thinking and/or Low Code


Your attributes and skills:

You have very good communication skills in English and are comfortable working in teamsYou are a proactive self-starter, capable of finding paths even in ambiguous situationsYou are open minded, self-organized and not afraid to ask questionsYou are inspired by technology and codingYou are interested in presenting to others and eager to learn how to facilitate user interviews or workshopsDoes your study regulations include an internship for at least 4 months and would you like to gain practical experience?
