As an R&D Intern at Hive focusing on Formulation your key responsibilities & accountabilities could be (amongst others):
• Literature, patents and product reviews for mapping innovation / formulation space;
• Experimental work on formulation optimization and product quality improvement;
• Development and application of formulation-specific methods for accelerated shelf life studies;
• Product characterization for culinary / sensory related advices to product development;
• Recipe design and ingredient development to address trends in the market;
• …And many more interesting tasks & topics to give you the best possible learning experience!
What we offer:
• An internship allowance of € 625,- gross per month;

What we ask:
• You are available for 5 or 6 months from February - March 2025 (at least 32 hours a week);
• You must be enrolled as a (3rd or 4th year) Bachelor or Master student;
• A study in food science, technology, chemistry, or engineering;
• Any of the following training/skills: physical-chemistry, colloids, soft matter physics, food science;
• You have a great passion for foods & you’re analytically strong;
• Fluent in English; both oral and written.
