Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We’re looking for someone like that to:
• Provide updates in the deal management system used by Investment Bankers, including clients and contacts validation and creation
• Escalate potential compliance breaches to Senior Managers.
• Support COO initiatives across Global Banking and provide input for their ongoing development.
• Be compliant with the pre-defined SLAs and internal UBS policies, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare reports and assist in decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
