Our Internship Program:
Our competitive Summer Internship program provides a comprehensive work experience with our Capital Structure Advisory Group. Interns will support the group during the program, while being treated as valuable team members and learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Internship Location and Availability:
Located in our New York City Offices in Bryant Park, interns must be flexible to work full time during the summer.

As a Summer Analyst in the Capital Structure Advisory Group, you will:
Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on liability management, mergers and acquisitions, financing and other restructuring advisory services for our clientsAssist in the preparation of financial analysis, company due diligence, client presentations, company marketing materials in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generationDevelop your skills through broad exposure to clients, investors, and Baird bankersWhat we look for:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program required with a strong interest of finance; Graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027 is required A full-time minimum 10-week commitment during the summer is required Accounting, Business, Economics and Finance concentrations are preferred, but not mandatoryCandidates must be eager and able to learn in a challenging environmentPossess a strong work ethic and a record for excellence Have the ability to function equally well in both a team setting and on a self-directed basis Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skillsSignificant hours are requiredWhat makes this opportunity great:

Compensation Information:
Min: $110,000 - $110,000 Max Annual Salary (pro-rated for summer program)Baird is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
