PURPOSE

Reporting to the Hardware/ Network/ Telecom Procurement Category Manager, the IT junior buyer is supporting him in the sourcing & in the negotiation of product & services at a global level in accordance with the Group sourcing strategy and initiatives.

The internship duration should be minimum 6 months starting from June 2025.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ROLE

She/ He will be involved on different procurement projects and at different steps of the sourcing process led by the IT Procurement Category Manager (Hardware/ Network/ Telecom) in Saint-Gobain GDI Department (Group Digital & IT).

You will participate to project tenders, financial & contractual negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

The IT junior purchaser will act as a key member of the Group Procurement Digital & IT team to achieve Saint-Gobain procurement transformation and contribution to the group profitability.

 

She/ He will be in contact within Saint-Gobain with:

Group Digital & IT Procurement Category Managers. Group Digital & IT Department – IT internal customers. Finance & Legal department.
