In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR activities within the BASF Group. By developing focused personnel policies, we implement the company's strategy on employee-related issues. As part of Corporate Human Resources, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, provide operational support in their personnel matters, and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTWe offer you the opportunity to actively shape and conceptually develop the global leadership development of BASF in our Corporate Leadership & Development unit for 5 to 6 months*. From day 1, you will actively contribute to the conception, organization, and evaluation of measures in our leadership development portfolio. We emphasize intensive guidance and support as well as mentoring and regular feedback from the very beginning.
*Periods that last longer than 3 months are only possible through a combination of voluntary and compulsory internships. We are flexible regarding the next entry points. Please provide your earliest start date and your latest end date. We are currently looking for someone who can start preferably in February 2025. However, applications for a later date are very welcome as well.
You are studying Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Humanities, or Communications, and you are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor's or Master's program. Your curriculum includes a mandatory internship. Practical experience in HR and prior knowledge in areas like Change Management, Training, or Assessment Diagnostics are a plus but not necessary. You enjoy working independently, possess good self-organization skills, and are proficient in English as well as in using MS Office applications. Your strong conceptual and communicative abilities help bring ideas to life and persuade people. You are enthusiastic and full of initiative.
