Internship Location, Availability and Hours:
Located in our downtown Milwaukee office, the intern must be able to work part-time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week, and full-time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week We are seeking a student who can start May 2025.
As an Operations Risk Intern, you will:
Complete daily reconciliations for banks and custodiansAssist with process and controls reporting including daily general ledger/trial balance, extended settlement, Repo exposure, etc.Assist with facilitation of SOC1, Surprise Security Count and Financial Statement auditsContribute to various month end close processes and tasksMonitor, reconcile, and report unclaimed propertyParticipate in all team activities such as weekly stand ups, team building and development trainingsWhat we look for:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business degreeAnticipated graduation date of May 2026 or laterStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team playerAbility to work in a team environment and manage priorities to meet specific deadlinesStrong client service critical thinking and troubleshooting skillsWhat makes this opportunity great:
