The Product Lifecyle Management Group, manages supply chain product phase in and phase out, enabling concurrent engineering with full transparency on risks and plan impact. PLM represents the supply chain in the Engineering Change process, driving industrialization by requirements and solving issues for new products and changes.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Roles and responsibilitiesThe intern will be responsible for documenting key processes that will expose them to a variety of activities to include, the Engineering Change Process flow, parts ordering, SAP ERP system, and Logistics. Specifically, it will provide experience with a L5 Level Document, an execution document that describes the process step as a series of actions. The characteristics of an Execution document can be different in relation to the purpose that they are used for.
The Intern will work closely with current Sourcing and Procurement Project Coordinators, Development & Engineering (D&E) Teams and other X-sector teams within ASML.
Intern will participate and collaborate with associates across different businesses sectors and groups within the Wilton Factory Logistics department.
Education and experienceFor the Summer Intern Position, we are looking for High School Graduates that are currently enrolled in a 4 year Accredited College or University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management preferred).
Experience with creating How-To documents is a plus.
Experience in basic supply chain understandings is a plus.
Experience in basic MRP understanding is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Can work under deadlines.
The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.
Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule- twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.
