We are looking for students who can work minimum 30 hours/week or full time (40 hours/week) and are interested to stay for permanent roles with us in the future.

Internship program dates: 5th May 2025 – 4th October 2025 or 1st July 2025 – 28th November 2025

You must be available to participate in the program in person, starting from day one and for its full duration.

You will join one of the following departments:

Fund Accounting is at the core of our asset servicing solutions for our clients allowing State Street to give asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. The Fund Accounting team take responsibility for the accuracy of the NAV (Net Asset Value) per share published to the market place and liaise with other supporting departments to ensure the standards are kept high. Tax teamCustody is centred around the receipt, delivery, settlement and safekeeping of securities and cash for our clients. Custody Services acts as the central point of contact for all custody-related client inquiries.Transfer Agency solution is a key element of our service that we offer to some of the world’s largest and sophisticated asset managers. The team get the opportunity to work on complex solutions in our core functions including Registration Services, Dealing Services, Settlement and Reconciliations, and Investor and Distributor Services.  We deliver these services in an integrated, follow-the-clock model that sets us apart. 

Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) team responsible for preparing accurate and timely reconciliations integral to the completion of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of a fund that is used for Investor dealing and external publication, plus various other client specific reports distributed on a regular basis. This involves adherence to strict deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.

The Middle Office team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation investigation, IBOR integrity and ALERT maintenance processes for our EMEA aligned business. Products range includes Equities, Fixed Income, REPO, Clean Cash, NPV’s, Novations, Spot & Forward FX transactions, and Unitised Funds. Middle Office Transaction Management cooperates with Asset managers, Traders, Brokers and other counterparties.

Fund Administration is responsible for execution of back office activities including financial reporting, tax calculation and other functions carried out in support of an investment fund.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in full time education at undergraduates in the penultimate year of degree in one of the following areas: Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related.
