This position will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services with a primary focus on ASML US projects. It provides guidance to drive stakeholder engagement and project requirements assessment, and will support business transformation projects. This role will lead the change management process and support Project Managers with their running transformation projects.

Role and responsibilitiesEngage with technical and business users nationwide to solicit and refine project use cases and requirementsCreate a strategy for user adoption of a new toolCommunicate with key stakeholders on impacts to their organizationsCreate a communication campaign to raise awareness of the projectIf time permits, execute the communication planOther duties as assigned.Job description subject to change at any time

Education and experienceWorking towards a degree in business, project management, communications, marketing or equivalent.Familiar with business project management.Familiar with implementation of business transformation, integration and change projects.Familiar with running projects using waterfall and agile methodology.Familiar in applying lean methodology.Experience with working in a (project) team.Fluent English speaking and writing.

Other informationThis position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
