What you will do:
Customer relationship
+ Engage proactively with customers in Omnichannel Campaigns - cold calling to specific segmentation
+ Non-Core Specialties teleselling support
+ Tier C and D full portfolio teleselling support
+ Handle standard customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training
+ Collaborate with SMs, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity
Lead generation and qualification
+ Lead management from Omnichannel Campaigns - Lead follow up form OneForce to the first and upcoming remote interactions
+ Lead qualification based on customer insights detected in the remote 1:1 interactions - Lead scoring with the Customer Engagement Manager
+ Handover to the Sales Rep for a demo in the case of hot Leads
+ Follow up of Medium Leads – target them with the Customer Engagement Manager
We offer:

+ 1000 € per month.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering
+ No experience after the Bacherlor's Degree.
+ Analytical skills.
+ English C1
