Magnetic Group is offering internship opportunities for students of various fields who are also passionate about improving people's lives and are interested in joining the exciting and challenging aviation industry.

As part of our continued commitment to fostering the next generation of talents in aviation, we offer interns the opportunity to learn while working side by side with our industry experts and under the guidance of experienced mentors.

In 2025, we welcome internship applications from university or vocational school students and graduates in various technical fields for:

Base Maintenance  Aircraft Components Workshop Engines Workshop Paint Workshop

We also have a limited number of internship positions available in our business support units, such as IT, marketing, surplus stock sales, quality, and HR/administration.

The general conditions for internship applications are:

Must be a student or graduate of a relevant field to the internship English level minimum B2 Minimum internship duration is 2 months, preferably at least 3 months. At least 18 years of age Clean criminal background The internship period for most departments is between May-August  Applications must be submitted a minimum of 2 months before the beginning of the internship The internship location is Tallinn Airport (Magnetic MRO AS)
