Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will progressively take care of the following tasks: product rationalisation support ac-tivities; OEM KIT rationalization support; ABRA cycles; SWGR machining department time recording; Support internalization of sheet metal for first power. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for:• Product development support activities. • Definition of assembly and testing cycle (in close cooperation with Production and Quality) with communication of detailed instruction procedures. • Analytical data for production management via SAP-MES systems. • Assembly time recording, budgeting and assembly line balancing. • Product analysis with a view to series production and cost optimization (in close cooperation with R&D). • Selection of optimal production technology and make-or-buy analysis (in cooperation with Supply Chain). • Technical and economic feasibility analysis of moulds (punching/bending/plastic moulding).
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or Master's degree student in Mechanical, or Electromechanical, Management Engineering. Good knowledge of mechanical technologies, knowledge of and propensity for digital tools, ability to analyze the cost of the component, define the assembly cycle and times, aptitude for innovation are preferential elements. Digital knowledge. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Flexibility and self-learning, problem solving, relationships, teamwork, communicate effectively, innovation mindset.
