Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Wilmington, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | 40hrs a week
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift/Sched: 7a-5p | 4×10 hr days a week
Pay Rate: $2800 / week – travel rate

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of specialized technical procedures involving the application of ionizing radiation for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures. Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy. Assist physicians during interventional procedures, including angiography, biopsies, and catheter placements. Monitor patient condition and provide appropriate care during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field. ARRT certification in Radiography and Interventional Radiology. State licensure as required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology. Strong knowledge of radiologic principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
