**Details** + **Department:** Electrophysiology Lab + **Schedule:** Full-time, 4-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients. Responsibilities: + Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately. + Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice andapplicable state and federal regulations. + Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommendupdates or refinements as warranted. + Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. + Able to perform all specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular and nonvascularinterventional and therapeutic procedures, along with assisting the Radiologist/PA. + Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. + One or more of the following required: + Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular CredentialingInternational (CCI) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. + Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtainedwithin 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. + Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry ofRadiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transferdate. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
