Job Description A large healthcare company is seeking a hybrid Business Analyst/Tech Writer to join its Observability team. This person will help support 3 main initiatives through various activities including building business requirement documents, process modeling and workflow design, technical writing of user guides and manuals, and some project management through running some daily stand-ups and developing epics and stories. They will also need some understanding of the SDLC and application development and will do some user acceptance testing.
