Creation and editing of internal content for employees worldwide for all programs under the Mobility team Immigration, Tax & Assignments.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Editing:
Support editing and proofreading internal content related to mobility policies, procedures, and resources.
Contribute to the creation of user-friendly content that helps employees navigate complex mobility processes.
Support the development and maintenance of style guides and editorial policies for consistent global content. Work backwards from the standard content requirements to ensure this can be ingested into their AI learning.
Assist in the research and fact-checking of mobility content against available internal and external resources to ensure accuracy.
Content Management and Quality:
Ensure content is accessible, well organized and easy to navigate.
Conduct basic content audits and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
Support content quality initiatives and help implement best practices for creating clear, concise, and accessible content.
Maintain consistency in formatting, tone and style across all workstreams within Mobility.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure content accuracy and relevance across different regions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the employee experience through effective content strategy.
