INTL- CRO Program Manager
Job Description An employer is looking for a CRO Program Manager to sit remotely. You will play a pivotal role in driving the online journey of millions of customers. Your expertise in user behavior, data-driven decision-making, and relentless pursuit of excellence will help elevate our digital platforms to new heights, turning visitors into loyal customers. You will be customer-obsessed, data-driven, and tech-savvy. You will excel in building relationships, working through trade-offs, and finding viable and valuable solutions. You will play a vital part in shaping the companys digital experience and manage the day to day operations of the CRO program, ensuring projects are passed and sequenced effectively. You will develop and maintain a clear roadmap to align the optimization efforts and act as the liaison between the CRO group and other departments. You will also lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and related optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates. Additional tasks will include translating complex data into actionable insights, set clear direction for experimentation, understanding the product vision/ strategy and opportunities for improvement.
