INTL- Customer Success Manager (Colombia)
Job Description An employer is looking for a Customer Success Manager to sit remotely. You will primarily be responsible for partnering with customers in the LATAM markets that leverage their SaaS, omnichannel ecommerce solution and optimize their engagement/ functionality of the platform. You will educate the customers on updates and functionality of the platform to maximize their results/ experience. You will build relationships with the customers and do regular check ins to gage how the experience is going while guiding them on the best strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide feedback and relay any enhancements that need to be made to the product. You will lead internal initiatives around this when needed, provide product team feedback on UX and leverage consumer insights to drive and impact change.
