Job Description
An employer is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to sit remotely. You will primarily be responsible for enhancing the clients marketing capabilities for their B2B customers, enabling them to maximize the value of their omnichannel, marketing platform. In this role, you will be collaborating with key customers that are currently leveraging this omnichannel platform and develop tailored marketing strategies that align with their business goals. This platform allows end customers to view and order products across various channels including web, mobile, social media apps, etc. You will provide insights and recommendations for omnichannel campaigns and guide customers in setting up these to be most effective, while leveraging best practices/ industry standards. You will evaluate these targeted campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure customers are happy with the results and pivot/ adjust the campaigns as needed. Additional tasks will include relationship management with these key customers as their marketing advisor, lead training/ workshops to better educate customers on the product and optimize their overall marketing strategy to maximize the impact on their target audiences.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years experience in digital/ customer marketing
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, campaigns, and tools
Experience working with GA4, GTM, and digital content
Ecommerce and B2B experience
Bachelors in marketing or related field SaaS knowledge/ experience null
