INTL India - Promotions Validation Specialist
Job Description A large Life Science company is seeking a promotion validation specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate has previous experience in validating data, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and has a strong demonstrated background of verbal and written communication. They will be responsible for validating eligibility for promotional offers, identifying errors within data sets, and email communication with customers. They should have close attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner.  Verify compliance with company policies and ensure that blocked customers do not receive gifts, maintaining our high standards.  Lead the charge in promotion validation across various platforms, ensuring seamless integration of promotional data.  Be the go-to person for customer questions regarding promotions, providing accurate information and resolving any issues promptly.  Coordinate the timely fulfillment of promotional gifts, collaborating with relevant departments to address any delays effectively.  Generate insightful weekly reports on promotion redemption and revenue, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.  Proactively identify and resolve issues related to promotion validation to ensure smooth operations.  Champion clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned with promotion policies. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.  2+ years of professional experience in data validation, promotion validation, marketing, or similar role  Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office o Ability to extract data into Excel from multiple platforms, organize and reformat data, and validate information (Vlook-up, Pivot Tables, etc.) o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook for email communication  Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with colleagues and customers.  Demonstrates a consistent ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.  A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.  Excellent organizational skills to lead multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
