INTL India Sr. IT Director
Job Description An employer in the title insurance industry is seeking a Sr. IT Director to oversee their Navi Mumbai office with a business mindset and from a technology standpoint. They will lead the expansion of their global cloud product development and technology center. This person will be responsible for growing and leading a team of approximately 100+ engineers, developers, and data engineers to design, develop and launch cloud-based products that enhance their customers' experience. This leader will be expected to nurture and lead a fast-paced global team who will consolidate a portfolio of emerging products already in-house, as well as support innovation and delivery of future products as they continue to grow. The cloud product development center will work closely with a global IT executive team focused on delivering next-level products leveraging the latest in technology. The will partner with global product and technology teams to understand and contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap, as well as drive strategic planning, productivity, and quality metrics, as well as communication with the global teams. They must be able to deliver and support a portfolio of technology products that aligns with the company's strategic goals, and lead the design, development, and launch of cloud-based products that align with our business goals and customer needs. This person will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of products and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Additionally, they will oversee delivery leveraging Agile SecDevOps practices, continuous integration and development (CI/CD) pipelines, microservices, APIs, and cloud-hosted databases, as well as establish a strong cloud platform and application development discipline with an Agile, Cloud-first, API-first mindset. This person must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that products are launched successfully and meet business objectives, and stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.
