INTL- Platform Support Specialist (Colombia)

Job Description
An employer is looking for a Platform Support Specialist to sit remotely. The client offer an omnichannel, SaaS based platform for ecommerce. You will primarily be focused on providing technical support for multinational customers, with a heavy focus on the LATAM region. You will be a key member of the menu team and address technical requirements, troubleshoot any related issues and make adjustments to ensure seamless operations. Issues may be related to menu adjustments, troubleshooting or configuring new content to upload to the platform. You will test new updates, use diagnostic tools like Datadog to analyze issues and document all customer interactions. Additional tasks will include leveraging JSON/ XML, content management and partner with escalation teams

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years experience in technical support (Applications or platforms)
Knowledge of JSON and XML
Experience with diagnostics tools (Datadog)
Strong communication skills- English/ Spanish
Familiar with QA processes and ticketing platforms SaaS platform experience
Food service or retail technology experience null
