INTL Salesforce Administrator - Mexico/Brazil

One of our premier home leasing companies is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to work remotely in either Mexico or Brazil to assist in the development of an advanced technology that will enhance the resident and associate experience. The hours for this role are 9-6 CT. This person will be responsible for performing administrator functions including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, validation rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management. You will maintain data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits, deduplication, and data imports. You will provide support to users, resolve issues, and create training materials to enhance user adoption. You will perform system upgrades and ensure successful integration with other systems.

Skills and Requirements
* At least 2+ years of experience administering and configuring SFDC environment with a deep understanding of the declarative capabilities (point and click, screen changes, permission changes, updates, complicated dependencies, publishing a change, data commissioning, and creating new fields)
* Ability to define and suggest data model -- standard custom objects with look up and master-detail relationships.
* Experience designing and implementing custom functionality and business processes using the Force.com platform.
* Knowledge of established Salesforce.com standards, best practices, and platform features.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Knowledge of Apex triggers
* Ability to handle tickets in the ServiceNow que - anywhere from 35-40 tickets per week
+ Must be local to Mexico/Brazil * Experience with Lightning
* Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system null
