Job Description
The Project Manager will play a critical role in the execution of IT related projects spanning across various business units. The Senior Project Manager will meet with the business to understand workstreams, define scope and deliverables, and create a project plan to be implemented. The successful candidate will be an energetic and clear communicator who has deep experience in IT project management. Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage execution of large, complex cross-functional systems integration projects from beginning to end including all phases of planning, requirements, design, testing and cutover
- Collaborate directly with the business and functional teams to define project scope and all required deliverables, activities, activity sequence, Work Break-down and work estimates to create a framework for the project schedule
- Manage all aspects of the project including the plan, resources, dependencies, change management and budget utilizing internal project management tools
- Manage multiple, simultaneous integrations projects including 3rd party management
- Responsible for overall delivery of systems integration plan, including key milestone tracking, on time and on budget and ensure a smooth and successful project transition
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize and determine the project's acceptance criteria/critical success factors and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project
- Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and quality
- Actively monitor project dependencies and risks - Lead, motivate, manage and support assigned team members to ensure adherence to process and procedures and to maximize contribution to effectiveness and efficiency
- Measure progress and monitor performance (overall, scope, schedule, costs, quality)
- Actively manage risks including issue escalati! on and resolution
- Resolves conflicts and escalates issues in an effective manner
- Conduct post project implementation reviews to document lessons learned and provide to organization to update applicable methodology, tools, templates
Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of Project Management experience within the IT space (specifically for platform, ERP, CRM, or SLDC based projects)
Experience supporting global scale projects
Experience supporting a diverse portfolio including IT projects for various business units (i.e supply chain, finance, operations, etc.)
Experience creating and implementing project plans
Experience supporting multiple workstreams and working with a steering committee
Vendor management experience
Experience managing the project budget
Experience utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies Experience in leading multiple complex projects concurrently
Excellent analytical skills and advanced user of Excel or similar tools, with the ability to drive structured problem solving and solutions across broad stakeholder groups.
Expertise to multi-task and prioritize effectively to deal effortlessly with shifting priorities and assignments.
PMP or equivalent PM certification
Understanding of testing and QA for software releases Background in medical device null
