INTL - Senior Project Manager
The Project Manager will play a critical role in the execution of IT related projects spanning across various business units. The Senior Project Manager will meet with the business to understand workstreams, define scope and deliverables, and create a project plan to be implemented. The successful candidate will be an energetic and clear communicator who has deep experience in IT project management. Additional responsibilities include:

- Manage execution of large, complex cross-functional systems integration projects from beginning to end including all phases of planning, requirements, design, testing and cutover

- Collaborate directly with the business and functional teams to define project scope and all required deliverables, activities, activity sequence, Work Break-down and work estimates to create a framework for the project schedule

- Manage all aspects of the project including the plan, resources, dependencies, change management and budget utilizing internal project management tools

- Manage multiple, simultaneous integrations projects including 3rd party management

- Responsible for overall delivery of systems integration plan, including key milestone tracking, on time and on budget and ensure a smooth and successful project transition

- Work with stakeholders to prioritize and determine the project's acceptance criteria/critical success factors and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project

- Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and quality

- Actively monitor project dependencies and risks - Lead, motivate, manage and support assigned team members to ensure adherence to process and procedures and to maximize contribution to effectiveness and efficiency

- Measure progress and monitor performance (overall, scope, schedule, costs, quality)

- Actively manage risks including issue escalati! on and resolution

- Resolves conflicts and escalates issues in an effective manner

- Conduct post project implementation reviews to document lessons learned and provide to organization to update applicable methodology, tools, templates


Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
