INTL- Service Desk Analyst
Job Description An employer is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to sit remotely. You will primarily be supporting end users for tier 1 technical issues related to hardware and software systems. You will utilize ServiceNow for the ticketing system and support the customers via chat, phone, and email. You will troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on these issues and escalate to tier 2 teams as needed. You will provide detailed documentation when resolving or escalating tickets and evaluate issues that reoccur to determine root cause/ prevent them in the future. Additional tasks will include testing new tools, Mac support, and minor networking/ connectivity troubleshooting.
