Job Description An employer is looking for a Software Quality Engineering Manager to sit remotely. You will primarily be leading a software testing team that owns all QA/ QE efforts tied to the clients back of house application for restaurants that manages operations, labor/ inventory management and related tasks. You will partner closely with development and product teams to refine related stories and assist in leading Agile ceremonies. You will have a team of 8 reporting to you consisting of 5 manual testers and 3 automation engineers. You will manage and delegate work across the team and focus on improving velocity, tracking new releases and identify areas for process improvement. Additional tasks will include scaling/ growing the automation footprint, with the goal to finishing building out the automation over the next year.
