Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a UX designer to work for a biotech company out of the LATAM area. They will be working on internal generative AI applications to develop the UI that will customize chat bots, libraries of data, histories of prompt engineering and more. They will be working across the entire UX and UI lifecycle, partner with subject matter experts, develop strategy, design, validation, and optimization. From brainstorming to implementation, will work cross-functionally with software engineers, product management, brand marketing, QA, and R&D. They must have a passion for creating a user experience and design strategy that is straightforward, elegant, engaging, and most importantly, easy to use. Working to implement and update the UX for a platform utilized by Scientist for research projects. Day to Day: * Design complex desktop & web applications that meet business requirements and user needs * Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements * Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs * Collaborate with developers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible * Ensure design consistency across multiple products and platforms * Communicate design strategy, rationale, and perspective and present UX and UI design concepts. * Understand and apply feedback with flexibility. * Utilize and contribute to design patterns that will enable a consistent user experience across products and platforms. Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's Degree *4- 5+ years' experience in UX Design -- Web / Desktop Applications * Experience with UI Design concepts * Extensive wireframing experience o Experience creating and presenting wireframing * Expert in Figma, particularly in prototyping * Experience utilizing Design Systems * Ability to present and persuade Stakeholder o Comfortable taking in requirements from Stakeholders * Experience interfacing with software engineers * Excellent Communication skills (meetings and work deliverables are all in English) *Passion/General knowledge of generative AI- familiarity with prompt engineering and how it works and do they use it null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
