Job Description As a Principal Solutions Rapid Response Consultant for the GSC Planning Center of Excellence team, you will play a critical role in guiding the implementation and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and Kinaxis technology, you will design and author a technology infrastructure that remaps current systems into a more efficient and effective model, capable of adapting to sudden changes, emergencies, or critical demands. Your responsibilities include managing the implementation of these solutions, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to users, and staying up-to-date with the latest Kinaxis features and industry trends. You will utilize your proficiency in six areas: data models, designing and configuring models, data integration, data accuracy, seamless connectivity with external systems, and strong scripting within Maestro. An important responsibility is maintaining strong, detailed documentation of project tasks, training, and support needs, recording daily and weekly tasks and accomplishments. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, maintain thorough project documentation, manage JIRA tasks, and follow guidelines set by senior management to ensure successful project delivery and optimal use of the platform. Skills and Requirements -Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business-Administration, Engineering, Computer Science. Advanced degree is a plus. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years specializing in Kinaxis Rapid Response. - Proficiency in Kinaxis Rapid Response configuration, scripting, and integration. Strong understanding of supply chain planning and optimization principles. - Proven track record of leading and managing complex implementation projects, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and delivering results. - Masters degree in business, supply chain, IS, statistics, mathematics, economics or related field. - APICS certification - Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
