Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Intune Mobile Device Engineer to join our IT team. The primary focus of this role will be on managing and supporting mobile devices, specifically Android and iOS platforms, using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile device management (MDM) and a deep understanding of Intune, Android, and iOS ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: • Mobile Device Management: Configure, deploy, and manage Android and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune. • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application management policies for mobile devices. • Security Management: Ensure the security of mobile devices by implementing and managing security policies, including encryption, password policies, and remote wipe capabilities. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile device issues, including connectivity, application deployment, and policy enforcement. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to ensure seamless integration and support of mobile devices. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures related to mobile device management. • Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff on best practices for mobile device management and security. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile device management, with a focus on Intune, Android, and iOS platforms. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Android Enterprise, and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP). Strong understanding of mobile device security and compliance. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus. • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
