Job Title: Inventory Associate
Job Description

As an Inventory Associate, you will ensure that all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped. This role is responsible for assuring that orders have been accurately fulfilled before boxes are shipped out. You will review packing slips and compare package contents to ensure accuracy, report any anomalies, and pull inaccurate packages out of production. Additionally, you may assist in final packaging once the shipment has been QA’d if shipping needs additional assistance.

ResponsibilitiesReview pack lists to ensure that contents of each order are properly included in each package.Weigh, count, and visually inspect the materials and verify part numbers on supplies, material, and equipment for accuracy.Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly.Pack boxes using various shipping materials and ensure proper labeling and postage are included with each shipment.Maintain the levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low.Package inventory, including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent.Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.Work with other fulfillment departments to ensure that all eligible packages are able to be sent out.Essential SkillsExperience with warehouse inventory management.Proficiency in packaging and RF scanning.Quality assurance and cycle counting experience.Order entry and Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with shipping and receiving, packing, and filing.Proficiency in using RF scanners and conducting scanning, picking, and unloading tasks.Strong computer skills and experience with bills of lading.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of experience working in a quality inspection department for any electronics company.1 year of shipping experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our company repairs and refurbishes ATM checkout swipe machines. You will work alongside 20 employees across 5 different departments to inspect and repair machines and return them to stores. The working hours for this position are from 9am to 5:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00
