Our client in Valley City, OH is seeking a candidate to fill a role as a cycle counter. In this role, you must be able to operate a forklift, prior experience is a must! You will be overseeing the accuracy of inventory within the facility by conducting regular cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
Responsibilities:Conduct cycle counts of inventory on a scheduled or random basis to ensure stock levels are accurate.Investigate and resolve discrepanciesTrack stock movements and verify that all items are accounted for.Work with warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure inventory procedures are followed correctly.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations during the counting process.Ensure safety and compliance with warehouse guidelines.Qualifications and Requirements:Must be able to operate a forkliftStrong attendance and work ethic.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Closed-toe shoes required (steel toes not necessary).Basic Math skills Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.Medical, dental, and vision benefits.Accident, disability, and life insurance available.401K with employer contributions.Referral bonus program.Direct deposit and pay cards available.Merit increases based on performance.Your New Organization:Our client in Valley City, OH, offers a supportive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
