POSITION SUMMARY: As an Inventory Administrative Assistant, you will utilize your organizational, administrative and communication skills to support the inventory needs of your assigned category. You’ll participate in enterprise projects and initiatives, enabling Ulta Beauty and the MP&I department to be bigger, better, together. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the inventory of assigned business by assisting with inventory tasks and processes to maintain or exceed KPI goals (sales, margin, turn, in-stock) • Manage all inventory tasks (write purchase orders, maintain master file) associated with Ulta Beauty’s sampling strategy. Partner with assigned coordinators from the merchandising team to ensure programs are executed on time. • Maintains a rotation schedule to ensure coverage of routine inventory department responsibilities (Cherwell tickets, PO issues mailbox, distro recaps, etc.) • Collaborates with Inventory Analysts/Sr to ensure appropriate inventory protection across channels • Actively participate in weekly cross-functional team meetings • Provides ad-hoc support to the greater Inventory Analyst team based upon the needs of the business • Assist with an event by updating skus lists and forecasts for weekly and event recaps REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: • Bachelors' degree in relevant field preferred • Merchandising expertise not required, replenishment and forecasting system experience preferred • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong listening skills • Critical thinker, able to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and influence with data • Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail, and capable of multi-tasking • Willingness to adopt to new process, and be an advocate for change • Strong Microsoft Office skills with solid proficiency in usage of Excel • Strong work ethic, ability to meet tight deadlines/thrive in fast-paced environment • Ability to learn and operate within inventory systems: S4, SAP, DXM, Monday.com • Ability to embrace/maneuver change with a positive attitude • Engages in continuous learning by observing and openly sharing thoughts and insights • Mindset that emphasizes teamwork • Thrives in fast paced environment The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $26.49 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
